Welcome to Sharon Mckinley Designs,  we are dedicated to customer service and want your experience with us to be a good one so please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. 

We take pride and care when packing orders and can assure you that you will receive the items in gift wrapped with careful consideration and ad described on the information provided.

  • If your jewellery develops a problem through normal wear and tear or by accident, we do offer a repair service. If you would like a quote on how much this would cost please fill in the repairs form here. On receiving your repair request we will give you full details of all costs and timescales to let you decide on whether you would like to continue with the repair. We will only contact you for payment once we receive the jewellery. Sharon Mckinley Designs cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us without proof of postage and delivery.

  • Please check out our care page for the best ways to look after your jewellery. Our crystal jewellery is made in South Wales with care and attention to quality and design.

  • Please insure you have correctly inputted your delivery address details. we can not be responsible for lost post and package unless order is signed and tracked.

  • Subscribers\Members - As a subscriber or site member we may from time to time send you updates and promotional offers exclusive to subscribers only. These cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and will only be available to other subscribers and can not be transferable to other customers. Therefore only one offer will be applied to your order at anyone time within availability and expiry dates of the applicable promotions.



  • Please contact us before returning any items, any refunds/exchanges are at the discretion of Sharon Mckinley Designs. 

  • Earrings can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Changed your mind? If you want to return or exchange your unworn jewellery (excluding earrings and custom made jewellery sizes) within 14 days of receiving your order please contact the email above to make arrangements. Please note this only includes exchange on design, non custom size exchanges unless faulty.

  •  If requiring size adjustments it is the responsibility of the customer to provide their correct size in the added notes section when purchasing an item of jewellery.

  • Crystal purchase - If you are unhappy with your crystal/changed your mind, you can return it within 14days. The item purchased must be sent back in the same condition as it was received. Any refund will be made once the crystal has been retuned back to us and at the discretion of Sharon Mckinley Designs. Please return the item with all the original packaging and any paperwork within 5 days of receiving your returns information. 

  • If you have received a damaged crystal, healing gift box damaged or fault appears with the items and packaging within 14 DAYS of your purchase date, please contact us and fill in the form to arrange a replacement. Customers must pay postage costs of exchanges.

  • Please take your return to your post office. Use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (NOT special delivery) and obtain a tracking number for proof of purchase (We cannot accept liability for returns sent to us by any other method, specifically without proof of postage from the Post Office) Shipping costs are only refunded for faulty goods.

  • Custom jewellery orders, including all rings and bracelet sizes to order are non refundable unless deemed faulty by Sharon Mckinley Designs.


All prices shown on our website in GBP (£). We welcome purchases from overseas but all orders are charged in GBP, any transaction fees that are added by your card company are not our responsibility. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed at the basket page where applicable and you can find more information on our Shipping & Postage page here.


Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning.


Online Purchases

  • Most of our items are made to order and are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail. UK delivery is usually 2-4 business days after ordering. (Royal Mail First Class). PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME DUE TO COVID-19 

  • For tracked UK customers, please allow 5 business days from the day that you placed your order before contacting us. For international tracked customers, please allow up to 12 business days after your order was placed. You will receive a tracking number with Royal Mail via email.

  • If your order has not arrived after 5 or 12 business days, please send us an email and we will assist you. Just email us with subject TRACKPOST. or you can use your tracking number to view status of delivery here 

  • If you are a international customer, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Sharon Mckinley Designs cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country. 

  • Payment is required on all orders and goods will not be despatched until funds have been received and cleared. Once you have completed your purchase from us, you will receive an email confirming your order and a unique order number. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched with a tracking number depending on postal method.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business however as every piece is made to order this may vary.  Business days are defined as Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted on the next working day. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. In the unlikely event of an item no longer being available you will be informed and issued a full refund.

  •  DISCOUNTS & OFFERS-please note any promotional offers and discounts we send out to members or subscribers can not be used in-conjunction with each other

  • We accept payments from the following payment PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, DEPIT/CREDIT CARD/AMEX. KLARNA.
